How to return your order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please email at with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please send your returns by post. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. For international returns please mark clearly “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.

Returns Policy

  1. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
  2. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
  3. Returned items will be refunded excluding shipping charges.

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to us within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
